THE SEARCH PROCESS
Toronto Executive Consultants utilizes a key man concept in search coordination. Details of a client's organization are gathered by the Client Consultant. The specific function of the position to be filled is discussed in detail to derive a complete understanding of the client's requirements. All sourcing and selection activities are coordinated by the client consultant to ensure that the search is completed to the client's total satisfaction.
Sourcing: Potential candidates are sourced for consideration through computerized file searches, advertising, referrals, and direct recruitment. Most potential candidates are identified inconspicuously.
Selection: All potential candidates are screened against client requirements based upon education, experience, location/relocation, salary, and most importantly ability and fit. References of short listed candidates are fully researched to confirm the integrity of information presented in the resume. Face to face interviews are conducted at the point of registration and are performed in-depth prior to any recommendations to the client. Normally, a short list of three qualified candidates is presented to the client for personal interviews.
